She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William "Bill" Slingerland; her children, Kim and Brian Slingerland; her brothers, Randy Dojutrek (Mary) and William Dojutrek; her nephew Ben Dojutrek; her niece Megan Dindia; and her goddaughter Lisa Bilotta-Fathke.
