He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Martinez and Maria Martinez; his son Paul Martinez Jr.; and his siblings, Olga, Noel, May, Anna and Lydia.
He is survived by: his children, Yvonne, Greg (Beth), John Martinez, Anna Painter and Cynthia Prochnow; his grandchildren, Allie, Sara, Taylor, Jack, Jonathan and Yvette; and his brother Frank.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matz Mt. Prospect Funeral Chapel, Inc. (410 E Rand Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A procession was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Emily Catholic Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
