He was predeceased by: his children, Oliver R. Oakley Jr., Charles Oakley and John Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Jodie Cain (Michael), Kimberly Moyer, Kevin Moyer and Kala Lelong (Vincent); his grandchildren, Maggie, Trevor, Matthew Cain, Jacqueline and Brian Cashmore; and his siblings, Patricia Wates and Charles Oakley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
