He was predeceased by: his wife Alexandra; his sister Donna Kozlowski; and his parents, Richard Kozlowski and Norma Kozlowski (Wehrmeister). He is survived by: his children, Kristopher Kozlowski (Kimberly), Tamara Dunning (Jack) and Richard Kozlowski (Victoria); and his grandchildren, Alison, Caroline Kozlowski, Jake, Jordan, Jenna, Julia Dunning, Breanna and Arianna Kozlowski.
