We bid farewell to June Stevens of Des Plaines, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 31, 2025 at the age of 98. June touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albin Nelson and Elsie Nelson; her husband Raymond Frank Stevens; her daughter Patricia Lynn Stevens; and her grandson Brian Wachholz.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Phillips, Thomas Stevens, Robert Stevens (Judi) and Christine Sova (John); her grandchildren, Taylor Runyon (Colton), Tyler (Sarah), Kirsten, Brett Stevens, Trevor, Bryce and Rachel Sova; and her great grandchildren, Eva and Rylee.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (675 E Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
