He is survived by: his children, Linda Koch (Thomas), Annette Miller (Brian) and John Jr. (Chaliang); his stepchildren, Frances Stamper (Paul) and Frank Mineo; and his sister Annette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
