He is survived by: his wife Emily (Chason); his daughter Eila; his parents, Janet Faulkner and Joseph Faulkner; his siblings, David Faulkner (Stephanee) and Rachel Faulkner (Frank); and his pet Quade.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oehler Funeral Home (2099 Miner St, Des Plaines, IL 60016). Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
