He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin Kloepfer Senior and Jeanetta Madeline Kloepfer; his siblings, Richard Kloepfer (Lorraine), Bob Kloepfer, Betty Welch (Dwayne) and Nancy Glass (John); his nephews, Rocky Glass and David Kloepfer; and his niece Cindy Kloepfer.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Eleanor Kloepfer (Kale); his sister-in-law Janet Kloepfer; his children, Dan Kloepfer (Diane), Jill Hubbard and Michael Kloepfer; and his grandchildren, Alicia Hubbard, Walter Kloepfer, Megan Hubbard and Vanessa Kloepfer. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
