She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Adamkiewicz; and her siblings, Nicholas Salm, Shirley Adams (late Dan), Rose Marie Pawlik (late Stash) and Germain Salm.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael, Steven and Brian Adamkiewicz (Denise); her grandchildren, Michael Adamkiewicz, John Adamkiewicz (Marianne), Stephanie Adamkiewicz (Will Yochum), Kristin Behnke (Nick) and Keith Adamkiewicz; and her great grandchildren, John Michael Adamkiewicz, Ann Marie Adamkiewicz, Austin Adamkiewicz, Lydia Behnke and Calla Behnke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
