She was predeceased by: her parents, Piotr Wojnicz and Kazimiera Wojnicz. She is survived by: her daughter Marta Polka; her son-in-law Kevin Polka; her grandchildren, Dominic Polka and Olivia Polka; and her brother Lech Wojnicz.
