With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Flynn of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Flynn, Jr.; her parents, Bruno Konczyk and Estelle Konczyk; her siblings, Rita Witkowski (late John), B. James Konczyk (late Mary Ellen) and Daniel Konczyk (late Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, Tom and Donna Flynn.

She is survived by: her children, Patrick, Eileen Smith (Jerry), Bernard, Therese Mohar (Dave), John (Janet) and Jim (Amy); her grandchildren, Tracy Sarmiento (Jeremiah), Nicholas Flynn (Lauren), Matthew Smith (Kimberly), Colleen Briscoe (TJ), Jamie Flynn, Grace Flynn, Zachary Mohar, Bernard Mohar (Ashley), Richard Mohar, Thomas Flynn, Lydia Flynn, Marie Flynn, Claire Flynn and Jack Flynn; and her great grandchildren, Lucca, Lorenzo, Olivia, Amelia, Addison, Lily, Timothy, Kennedy and Easton.
