He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jewitt and Elsie Jewitt (Hardy); and his siblings, Doris Kaiser (late Randy), Orlean Pasqualetti (late Frank), Carol Privitera (late Alvin), Norma Kinney (late Robert), Allen Sr. "Bud" (Joyce), Ernest "Clayton" (late Helen) and Ronald Jewitt (Sharon).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Jewitt (Dierking); his children, Gerald Jr. (Lisa), Angela, Jaime (Patty) and Jeff; his grandchildren, Caden, Kensie, Mason, Molly, Caitlin, Charlotte, Michael, Melissa and Brandy; and his brothers, Carlton (Clara) and Donald (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
