With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris E. Evans of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carlson and Madeline Carlson; and her husband Ray Evans Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Scott Evans and Lee Evans; her grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel and Elyse; and her great grandchild Asher.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis.
