She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic J. Zurzolo; her brothers, Robert (Dolores), Sam and Alfred Bernardin; and her parents, Robert Bernardin and Wilma Bernardin.
She is survived by: her children, John Zurzolo (Leslie), Roberta Nowaczyk (William), Dean Zurzolo and Daniel Zurzolo (Kelly); her grandchildren, Joseph Nowaczyk (Ashley), Zachary, Anthony, Katherine and Kameron Zurzolo; her great grandchild Juniper Betty Nowaczyk; and her brother Raymond.
