He is survived by: his wife Amalia R. Cancasci; his children, Rocio Novello (Dan), Katia Birkett and Vince Cancasci (Erica); his grandchildren, Monica Biernacki (Adam), Sergio Silva, Kendalyn Birkett and Pia Moon Cancasci; his great grandchildren, Diana Hoffman, Noa Biernacki and Leo Biernacki; and his sister Vittoria Giannone (Nino). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond of Peñafort Catholic Church (301 S I Oka Ave, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
