He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Terri Benkse (Pumo) of DePue; his siblings, Melissa Diaz (Mike) of Spring Valley, Jeffery Benkse (Teri Anne) of Springfield and Nicholas Benkse of Normal; his nephews, Jacob Diaz, Collin Diaz, Anthony Benkse and Ajay Runkel; and his niece Cecelia Benkse. He is also survived by aunt's, uncle.
