He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Garcia and Beatriz Garcia (Vela); his wife Tomasita Trejo; and his grandchildren, Angel and Louis.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Hector Valle; his children, Christine Valle (Hector) of Princeton, Thomas Garcia (Brittany) of Morton, Clarissa Garcia of Wyanet, Eliseo Rudy Garcia (Sasithorn) of Princeton and Norma Linda Garcia; his grandchildren, Glenda, Hector, Enrique, Beam, Elias, Kessa, Lily, Landen, Julissa, Kelly and J. T.; and his siblings, Erasmo, Erlin, Alicia, Endina and Endelia.
