With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack D. Fields of Dennison, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Fields and Waunita Candler Fields; and his brother-in-law Paul Augustus. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Brown Fields; his children, Karen Fields, Kathleen Lammert (Joe), Jack D. Fields, II (Terri) and Jason Wade Fields; his grandchildren, Lukas Parker (Allison), Nickolas Parker (Hannah Lewis), Collin Fields (Lexi) and Kyndall Fields; his sister Nancy Augustus; and his close friend Jim Ricketts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
