She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Frick and Helen B. Black Frick; her former husband William B. Medlin; her spouse Jerry Rae Mammen; her children, Billy and Barbara; and her siblings, Charles Frick and Catherine Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Thomas (Richard) of Goodfield, John Medlin (Nancy) of Normal, Linda Reader (Mark) of Pekin and Rhonda Zook (Greg) of East Peoria; and her sister Nancy Sharp of Olmsted. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
