It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelda Vannaken of Delavan, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward N. Rademaker and Florence Reiners Rademaker; her husband Harold E. Vannaken; and her siblings, Myrna Kay Rademaker, Brenda Moehring, Dale Rademaker, Ray Rademaker and Dan Rademaker.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark E. Vannaken (Angie) of Delavan, Eric L. Vannaken (Diana) of Tremont, Kurt R. Vannaken of Delavan and Paul N. Vannaken (Karen) of East Galesburg; her brother Floyd Rademaker; and her brother-in-law Robert Vannaken (Pam). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church or Hopedale Nursing Home Activities Department.
