He was predeceased by: his stepfather William Kinsey; his brothers, Jeff Davis and Jason Davis; and his sisters-in-law, Megan Foley and Angellia Foley.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael D. Lippert I (Karol) and Sharon Kinsey; his wife Tammy L. Pitzer; his children, Corey M. Lippert and Ashlynn Lebaube (Marshall); his grandchildren, Claire Lebaube and Emma Lebaube; and his siblings, Colette Hill (Kevin), Lisa Vicary (Mike), Holly Monday (Brian), Christopher Foley, Gary Foley, Kimberly Presley, Creston Kinsey (Jennifer) and Bobby Kinsey (Carmen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
