We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2020, at the age of 90, Marvin Kemper (Delavan, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Kemper and Opal Morrison Kemper; his sons, Kelly Kemper and Terry Kemper; and his brother Jerry Kemper.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Dreher; his children, Dennis Kemper of Pekin, Scott Kemper of Delavan and Micki Meter (Tom) of Birmingham, AL; and his siblings, Larry Kemper (Betty) of Tremont and Shirley Sturch of Delavan. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to New Life Fellowship in Delavan.
