He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey A. Winkler and Nora C. Hagemeyer Winkler; and his granddaughter Bridget Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ray; his children, Michael Winkler (Patsy) of Delavan, Jan Winkler (Gail Strunk) of Delavan, Tim Winkler (Connie) of Delavan and Karen Valouche (Robert) of Delavan; his sister Joyce Culbertson of Delavan; his grandchildren, Michelle (Marc), Tara (Rich), Adam, Cory and Kelsey; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Trace, Cole, Emma, Tori, Tanner, Nora and Anna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a private family funeral will be 10:30 am Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Christ Lutheran Church in Delavan.
