She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Champion and Dorothy Champion of Port Republic; and her sister Elaine Nessleroade. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Hirons and Paul Champion; her husband Carl Waggoner; her children, Nathan Waggoner (Cydil), Stephen Waggoner (Rachel) and Rebecca Waggoner; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Micah, Leah, Ellie, Elisha and Reni.
