She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Hoheimer (Irving); and her brother John W. Collins, Jr.. She is survived by: her father John W. Collins (Molly); her daughters, Kaeli McIntire (Dustin) of Delavan and Aubri McIntire of De Land, Florida; her grandchild Evey Flatley of De Land, Florida; and her siblings, Joe Collins (Marlene) of Middleburg, Jeano Collins (Sue) of San Antonio, Texas and Joyce Ann Kvello (David) of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
