It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Classen (Delavan, Illinois), born in Mason City, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Beverly L. Walker; his children, Barbara Schomberg (Jerry) of Oostburg, Linda Anderson (Martin) of Denton, Texas and Donald Classen (Lana) of Pekin; and his siblings, Dorothea Schoch of Peoria and Melvin Classen.
Memorial donations can be made to the Delavan American Legion or to Heifer International.
