He was predeceased by: his parents, Kreed Schroeder and Marjorie James Schroeder; and his sisters, Kay Dragoo and Pat Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Earlene Hidlebaugh; his sons, Andy Schroeder (Jill) of Canton and Matt Schroeder (Liz) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Clay, Sage, Reese and Evan Schroeder; and his siblings, Tim Schroeder, Sally Kiernan of East Peoria, Joy Stump of Decatur and Kim Giles (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Delavan American Legion.
