She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray H. Lillibridge and Marguerite Jenike Lillibridge; her siblings, Ruth, Carolyn, Alice, Mary and Ray; and her husband Wendell.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Koeppen-Diekhoff of Delavan and Dirk Diekhoff (Jill) of Delavan; her grandchildren, Katie Dunn (Matt) of Texas, Emily Lytle (David) of Lewisville, NC, Sarah Rynertson (Patrick) of Champaign, Caleb Diekhoff (Kathy) of Chicago and Micah Diekhoff (Devyn) of Lovina, MI; her great grandchildren, Avery, Sydney Dunn, Charlie, Lilith, Lincoln Lytle, Rhea, Roarik, Rex Rynertson, Isaiah, Henry Wendell and Elliot Diekhoff of Chicago; and her brother James Lillibridge of Seattle, WA..
