It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Denman in Delavan, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley and Anna Christine Nelson Denman; his sister Marlene Christensen; his brother-in-law Clare Christensen; and his great-niece Abbey Christensen.
He is survived by: his friends, Richard Peter, Bill Gibbs, Kenneth Himes and Jack Allgood; his mother-in-law Sandra Kay Larimore; his daughters, Tammara Marie Hill (Kevin T.) of West Peoria and Trudy Marlene Schaffner (Christopher Verne) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Charley Grace Schaffner, Alysandra Kay Pearl Hill, Claire Annabella Schaffner, Chloe Annastacia Schaffner, Aeryn Alycia Marie Hill, Kyle Hill, Kameron Hill and Christopher Blake Schaffner; his great grandchild Willow Jean Schaffner; his grandson Fabian Ryans, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Jolene Larimore, Nelda Weber, Kristin Parisi (James) and Kerry Larimore; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Weber (Lauro), Christine Christensen, Linda Christensen, Martin Christensen, Tory Weber, Daraka Larimore-Hall (Hillary Blackerby), Jared Parisi and Dominic Parisi; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton Bayless, Shaye Lauro, Zak Bayless, Nick Lauro, Keaton Lauro, Matt Perry (Lindsey) and Andrew Christensen.
Due to CoVid-19 restrictions, a private family graveside service will be held at Prairie Rest Cemetery on Friday October 30th.
