We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 85, Alvin Brennemann (Delavan, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alvin Brennemann to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson R. Brennemann and Gertrude Mammen Brennemann; and his siblings, Dick and Barb. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Detmers; his children, Lyle Brennemann (Joy) of LeRoy, Janelle St. Martin (Mark) of West Virginia and Kyle Brennemann (Chris) of Palmyra, MO; and his sister Virginia Plocek of Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church in Normal.

No one loved the bus children, and the children of the church family more than Mr. B. He spent many tireless hours picking up kids, taking them home, and doing his best to plant the Word of God in their hearts. He will be greatly missed, and we look forward to seeing him in Heaven.
