She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Smith and Faun Smith (Plankenhorn); her husband H. Duane Clemons; and her siblings, Richard Smith and Ruby Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Clemons (Carol) of Macomb, IL, David Clemons (Lynnette) of Decatur, IL and Barbara Kaja (Rick) of Lodi, WI; her grandchildren, Kelly, Ricky, Patrick, Josh, Tyler and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Lisa, Nia and Robert Tyler.
