He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin J. Brugger and Thelma M. Brugger. He is survived by: his wife Claudette A.; his son Harry Tinsley (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Jennifer Brown (Stephen) and Cody Tinsley (Rose); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Tanner, Emerson, Charlotte, Kenny, Ian and Noah; his sister Wendy Peters (Craig); and his sisters-in-law, Paulette Jensen and Annette Kirksey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
