Ricky K. Beck Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricky K. Beck of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ricky shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ricky farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall K Beck and Jeanne Elizabeth Shores. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Beck and Zach Beck (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lily and Maddy; his brother Larry Beck (LuAnn); and his grandfathers, Dennis Beck (Jackie) of Rochelle and David Beck of Silver Springs, Florida.. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1312 W Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb, IL 60115.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rick's memory to a local charity specializing in helping animals to honor Rick's lifelong love of animals.
