Patrick J. Hickey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Hickey of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hickey and Mary Hickey (McCullen); and his siblings, Richard Hickey (Leona), John Hickey, Larry Hickey (Kay) and Josephine Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Patrick Hickey (Kari) and Heather Kerfoot (Greg); and his grandchildren, Abby, Kate, Hanna Hickey, Connor, Cameron Summers, Daniel, Sara and Peter Kerfoot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (321 Pine St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
