She is survived by: her husband Matt Faivre of DeKalb; and her children, Naomi Faivre of Sycamore, IL and Trevor Faivre of Oregon, IL.. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Per Pam's wishes in lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital Cancer Center.
