With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marsha A. Royalty of DeKalb, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Marsha's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Marsha's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Alexander and Helen Alexander (Suknaich); and her sister Kimberly Vera. She is survived by: her daughter Chelsea Royalty of DeKalb; and her sisters, Shirlee Davis (Ed) of Aurora, CO, Lorlie Schwartz (Jerry) of Alexander City, AL and Melissa Coppert (Randy) of Sycamore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Home (310 Oak St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Community Church in DeKalb or the American Heart Association.
