Though Marilyn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Garbelman and Ida Garbelman (Monkemeyer); the father of her children Richard Mull; her sister Bonnie Johnson; her nephew Allen Johnson; and her son-in-law Richard Buehler.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Buehler of DeKalb, Kevin Mull (Janet) of St. Charles and Suzanne Lothson (Brian) of DeKalb.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (511 Russell Rd, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
