He is survived by: his children, Gino Mustari and Dr. Elisa Mustari; his grandchildren, Jon Japuntich, Christina Japuntich and Francesca Thielman (Shad); and his great grandchildren, Angelina and Isabella Thielman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
