He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Yerly and Ernestine Yerly. He is survived by: his wife Dolores'Dolly' Yerly (VanVlerah); his daughters, Cristine Kingston (Craig), Amy Frank (Steve) and Jacque Nordhausen (Jesse); and his brother Alan'Bud' Yerly (Anita). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Bede Alumni Association or to St. Bede Academy.
