He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rodgers and Donna Rodgers (Vogeler); his daughter Jacqueline; and his brother Larry Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cone; his children, Corie Mertz (Ehren) of DeKalb and Michael Rodgers (Lisa) of Pleasant View, Utah; his grandchildren, Avery Mertz of Braidwood and Jackson Mertz of San Diego, California; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Justin and Zack Cassity; his stepgreat-granddaughter Mary Dean; and his siblings, Regina Amato (Don) of Elgin, Charlotte Brantley of Cortland, Lorelei Bell (Dennis) of DeKalb and Richard Rodgers (Mishelle) of DeKalb.
