He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Launer and Ruth M. Launer (Ewald); his wife Marjorie Joan Launer; and his son-in-law Joseph Herrick. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Herrick of Genoa, Karen Fitzgerald of Lisle, Jim Launer (Kim) of DeKalb and Brenda Lehan (Tom) of DeKalb.
