He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Lee; his brother Allan Lee; his stepfather Richard Hoffmann; and his stepbrother Scott Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hoffmann; his sister Cathy Volpe (John); his niece Nicole Ticknor; his nephew Jason Volpe; his stepsiblings, Denise Newbold (Jim), Mark Hoffmann (Coral) and Rick Hoffmann (Terry); and his uncle Larry Lee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
