It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy J. Knudson of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Butz and Mary Butz (Herrmann); and her husband Lawrence Knudson. She is survived by: her sons, Dale (Karen) and Duane (Cindy); her grandchildren, Angela Cambier (Todd), Stephanie Knudson, Michael Knudson (Alexandra) and David Knudson (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Gus Cambier, Lucia, Finn and Theodore O'Brien. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (511 Russell Rd, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
