With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Burtzos of DeKalb, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Spartz and Lucille Spartz (Widutis); and her husband Ronald G. Burtzos. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Haltom (David) of Katy, TX and Sandra Protano (David) of DeKalb.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
