With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Wilson (DeKalb, Illinois), born in Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy A. Lackey of Eatonton, GA, JoAnn Lackey of DeKalb, Cecelia Bolles of DeKalb and Derrick Lackey of DeKalb. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
