With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty M Ward of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Cuddy" O'Brien and Shirley O'Brien (Middleton); her son Mark; her siblings, Charles "Chuck", Thomas and Shirley; and her granddaughter Amy.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Ward; her children, Debra Mayronne (Mark), Craig Ward (Beth) and David Ward (Dana); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Chutorash (Eric), Sara Mayronne, Laura Rodriguez (Ryan), Veronica Almdale (Brian), Margaret Hartley (Jack), Cally Ward, Taryn Graham (Jordan) and Kyle Ward. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren.
