Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Betty leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Florence and Edith Florence (Taylor); and her husband Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Karl (Kathy), Kurt (Gail), Kevin (Haley) and Mary Reynolds (Ron); and her brother Clarence Florence (Carol). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
