He is survived by: his wife Joan Richoz (Gavelek) of DeKalb; his daughters, Kim Wiemer (Dan) of Red Wing, MN and Suzon Kowalski (Jim) of Glendale Heights, IL; his sister Pam Groth (Ken) of Elgin, IL; his aunt Nancy Gutierrez (Radde) of South Elgin, IL; his nephew Jason Groth of Woodstock, IL; and his niece Kristin Lukasik (Groth) of Pingree Grove, IL.
