With solemn reverence, we commemorate Amy Hope Fontana (DeKalb, Illinois), whose life came to an end on November 19, 2024 at the age of 48, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Mario Fontana; and her grandparents, John of DeKalb, Louise Pickens of DeKalb, Nestor of DeKalb and Mary Lawson of DeKalb.
She is survived by: her parents, John Pickens and Pam Pickens of DeKalb; her husband T. J. Fontana of Mary's Church; her sons, TJ and Will; her friend Adrien Fell (Dave) of DeKalb; her mother-in-law Nina Fontana of DeKalb; her siblings-in-law, Jenni Fontana (Jonathan Martin) and Steve Fontana (Kristin) of Batavia; and her nieces and nephews, Molly Fell, Bella, Enzo, Emilia, Dante Fontana, Nico and Aviana Martin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, Amy wanted any donations to go to three local charities that support the bodies, minds, and spirits of students in D428.
