He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Jacques and Juliette; and his aunts and uncles, Marie Samama (late Victor) and Ira Caspi (late Miriam).
He is survived by: his cousins, Jacqueline Hooper (late Frank Sr.), Merle Levy (late Myron), Jacques Sarfatti (Annette), Solange Mizrahi (late Albert), Joseph Sarfati (Janine), Nessim Cicurel (Rahel), Avram Cicurel (Ety), Stephen and Mark Caspi; and his extended family, France and England.
